From Corporates to Rural Upliftment: The Bandhubhav Foundation Journey
In the bustling city of Chandrapur, Maharashtra, two young men named Ankush Nagulwar and Pritam Ramteke were following different paths. Ankush worked hard and succeeded in the fast-paced world of Mahindra & Mahindra. Pritam was an academic, working towards a PhD and deeply involved in his studies. Both were doing well, but they felt something was missing.

Then, in 2020, everything changed. The world shut down due to the pandemic, and they had to return to their village. Back home, surrounded by familiar faces and places, they noticed something important. Their community was full of talented people – skilled artisans, hard-working farmers, and bright young students – but they didn’t have the right opportunities to show their potential.
Ankush and Pritam saw many young people who were educated but didn’t have the specific skills that employers wanted. Others were stuck in old ways of working that held them back. This gave Ankush and Pritam an idea. They knew they had to do something to help.
Driven by a desire to empower their community, they dreamed of creating an organization that would connect talent with opportunity. This is how the Bandhubhav Foundation came to be. Officially registered in December 2022, the foundation became a symbol of hope. It aimed to help not just underemployed youth but also women who wanted to overcome limitations and achieve more.
The Bandhubhav Foundation's story is about coming home and recognizing the incredible talents within their own rural community. It’s about two friends who chose to help others climb instead of just climbing the corporate ladder themselves. They wanted to provide women and young people with the skills, guidance, and support they needed to not just find jobs, but to thrive in them.
This is only the beginning of the Bandhubhav Foundation’s journey. As they move forward, their story will grow into many individual stories of empowerment, progress, and a brighter future for rural Maharashtra.

In response to the urgent need, Bandhubhav Foundation has initiated a helping hand program to provide essential items and ensure the right to survival. The Foundation has called for cooperation by offering assistance in this program. Any help extended is always beneficial. While there's been a rise in comfort, many still endure hardships. We're alive, and so are they, yet their plight often goes unnoticed. Let's not forget to adorn ourselves with compassion alongside new clothes and festivities. Let's make this Diwali a celebration for all, including those in need. Let's extend a hand of help to them by donating our old sweaters, clothes, shoes, blankets, and other unused items, which we can clean and provide through the "A Hand of Help" program by Bandhubhav Foundation. Your contribution can also extend to financial aid. If you have any new ideas, feel free to share them with Bandhubhav Foundation. We welcome you and your thoughts. So let's move forward with compassion and extend a helping hand to the needy, as encouraged by Ankush Nagulwar and Mohit Madavi of Bandhubhav Foundation.
Bandhubhav Foundation is providing lessons in international business.
In response to rising unemployment and its impact on the nation's GDP, Bandhubhav Foundation provides business training to foster new industries and entrepreneurs. They've supported import-export businesses and instilled entrepreneurial aspirations. Entrepreneurs trained by them have started their own ventures successfully. The Foundation aims to help 50,000 Marathi youth start their own businesses. While there's global demand for Indian products, the readiness to sell them domestically is lacking. Bandhubhav Foundation now offers comprehensive training to address this gap. They offer a 14-day live training session followed by support to start businesses. Those interested in joining this initiative can register by calling Ankush Nagulwar, the Foundation's president, at 9860285936.
Bandhubhav Foundation teaches international business and shapes future entrepreneurs.
The increasing unemployment in the country and its negative impact on the economy is a matter of great concern. To boost the GDP and encourage entrepreneurs to venture into new industries, Bandhubhav Foundation is providing business training. They have focused on import-export business and are dedicated to shaping new entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs who have received training from them have started their own businesses and have made significant marks in their fields.
Bandhubhav Foundation has taken the bold step of bringing 50,000 Marathi youth into this business, helping them start their own ventures. It is a tragedy that while the whole world is ready to buy Indian products, we Indians are not prepared to sell them. Many people lack the knowledge of how to conduct this business, but Bandhubhav Foundation is now offering comprehensive training on this.
They provide a 14-day live training session and offer full support to start a business post-training. New entrepreneurs interested in joining this initiative should register their names by calling 9860285936, as informed by the Foundation's president, Ankush Nagulwar.
